Le Mans Challenge & Petersen Automotive Museum Block Party Recap

On Saturday, June 15, we celebrated the Petersen Automotive Museum’s 25th Anniversary and the Michelin Le Mans Challenge! Event VIPs were treated to a rooftop reception with light bites, cocktails, simulated racing games and a live stream of Le Mans in the William E. Connor penthouse.

Directly following the reception, attendees spilled out onto the lower levels where the 25th Anniversary Block Party was in full swing. Here’s just a sampling of what we saw:

Founded on June 11, 1994 by magazine publisher Robert E. Petersen and his wife Margie, the Petersen Automotive Museum –located at 6060 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA  90036. It boasts 300,000 square feet of space and features exhibits of a myriad of cars ranging from vintage autos like a 1960 Chevrolet Corvette, to vehicles made famous in films like James Bond, Batman and Iron Man.
