A vibrant, al fresco dining festival for afternoon tea, happy hour and dinner, right under the Eiffel Tower, Joie De Vivre Festival allows visitors to enjoy a crafted selection of cuisine and world-class entertainment while taking in spectacular views of the Cotai Strip.

Speaking at the opening night, Ruth Boston, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Brand Management, Sands China Ltd. said: “We’re really excited about this French-themed outdoor dining festival being held at our spectacular Eiffel Tower for the first time. Joie de vivre means “joy of living”, and if there’s anyone who truly understands the meaning of great food, drink and entertainment it’s the French.

“Visitors can enjoy a genuine taste of Parisian cafe culture with the Eiffel Tower as a backdrop and panoramic views of the Cotai Strip until the end of June. There is a feast of gastronomic delights for festival goers, both tourists and locals, to choose from, accompanied by exciting live performances.”

The festival is being held alongside another celebration of French cuisine and wine that takes place in Macao and Hong Kong, Le French GourMay. As part of the event The Parisian Macao’s Brasserie and Le Buffet restaurants are presenting an authentic taste of the South of France, focusing on the region of Provence-Alpes-Cote d’Azur throughout May.

The Parisian Macao is an integrated resort inspired by the magic and wonder of the famed “City of Light.” Featuring a half-scale authentic recreation of the Eiffel Tower, The Parisian Macao offers approximately 3,000 guest rooms and suites and a full array of integrated resort facilities, including meeting space, restaurants, Le SPA’tique, QUBE Kingdom — Kid’s Play Zone, Parisian Health Club, pool deck, and a 1,200-seat theatre. The 300,000 square feet Shoppes at Parisian retail mall offers the latest in fashion and couture in a setting reminiscent of the streets of Paris, with an eclectic mix of street artists, mimes, and buskers heightening the authentic experience. Visitors can stroll among formal gardens, fountains, hedge mazes and reflective pools, and enjoy carousels, arcades and bistros.

Offering a truly immersive experience for guests to discover and indulge in the cuisine of the second most visited region of France, spanning from the southern Rhone Valley to the Mediterranean coastline, The Parisian Macao has curated a sublime array of food, wine and entertainment.
