People trying to get fit in the new year will have a new option to help achieve their goals with the launch of an all-new, 10-week health and fitness plan from fitness icon Denise AustinDenise Austin’s 10 Week, 360 Plan gives people the tools they need to achieve their goals by combining everything Austin knows about exercise, nutrition and motivation in one place for the first time through all-new video content.

During more than 30 years promoting health and fitness, Austin has created 100 workout videos, written 15 books, created a loyal audience with her two major television shows. Additionally, she also has served two terms on the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports.

“Every year, the top New Year’s resolutions are to lose weight and get healthy, and this year people will be able to keep those goals with my new program,” said Austin. “Helping people get fit is my passion and has been my focus for more than 30 years. Through my new plan, I will be right there with you every day for 10 weeks, helping you see real results and feel great!”

The 360 Plan is a new customizable 10-week health and fitness plan from fitness icon Denise Austin. For the first time ever it combines everything Austin knows about exercise, nutrition and motivation all in one place through all-new video content. Fun, easy and accessible for people of all ages and abilities, the 360 Plan includes three core elements to create a complete health routine – fitness, food and motivation.

Fun, easy and accessible for people of all ages and abilities, the 360 Plan is available in three different levels – beginner, intermediate and advanced – so there is something for everyone. Beginning every Monday, the 360 Plan is built from three core elements that are fundamental for a complete health routine – fitness, food and motivation.

Fitness: The program includes 30-minute workout videos, six days per week. There is a variety to choose from, including “walk with me,” high-energy cardio, yoga, barre, pilates, dance cardio and much more. The workouts get progressively more difficult throughout the course of the program to match the person’s fitness level.

Food: The 360 program includes a daily meal plan with recipes for all three meals, plus a snack, to take the guess-work out of healthy eating. With more than 200 recipes to choose from, there’s an option to satisfy any craving. And there is even a weekly shopping list that is mobile-friendly to make shopping trips a breeze.

Motivation: On Wednesday and Sunday, program participants receive motivational videos featuring personal life experiences and insights from Austin to help keep them going.

As an added bonus, more than 100 of Austin’s favorite workouts from her Lifetime TV shows will be available to people participating in the program. And there’s also a large social element with internal communities where users can help each other, track their friends’ progress through graphics and stats, and provide support.

Delivered daily through the online portal at DeniseAustin.com, the content is shown for the current week. To create a truly customizable experience, users have the ability to switch out workouts and recipes from the online catalog options. And for those who prefer a more traditional delivery, DVD’s of Austin’s new workouts also are available as part of the plan.

“With my new 360 program, the only loser will be your body fat,” added Austin. “So get moving and commit to making 2015 the best year yet!”

To help get people on track this January, a New Year’s discount of 25 percent is available through January 19. Additional details about the 10-week program can be found at DeniseAustin.com.
