Ingredients:

  • 6 slices pre-cooked bacon
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 10-inch flour tortillas
  • 1/2  pound  sliced turkey breast
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of a steamed broccoli

Preparation:

Cook the bacon in a pan to desired tenderness or crispiness.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Lay turkey breast, broccoli and one slice of cheese on one half of each tortilla.

Top with bacon slices.

Roll turkey wrap sandwiches up like a taco – folding the bottom up to secure.

Once the oil is hot, lay turkey wraps seam side down in the skillet. Cook sandwich wraps 1-2 minutes until golden brown on one side.

Flip the turkey wraps and cook on the other side for 1-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is browned.

Serve with a slice of fresh melon and strawberries for added flavor and garnish.
