NADINE VELAZQUEZ CELEBRATES THE LAUNCH OF WILESMAG.COM

More than 300 people celebrated the launch of Wiles Magazine (WilesMag.com) at Viceroy Santa Monica on Wednesday, August 31st. Actress Nadine Velazquez (THE LEAGUE, MY NAME IS EARL) hosted the exclusive event and Latin Soul artist Quetzal Guerrero got the crowd dancing with a live performance of songs from his latest album “Coiza Boa.” Other celebrities and key influencers included actor Rockmond Dunbar (SONS OF ANARCHY), singer/songwriter Kristina Debarge, and KCRW DJ Garth Trinidad.

Wilesmag.com Editor-in-Chief Teryl Warren and Publisher Ramona Wright spoke to a diverse crowd about the inspiration behind WilesMag.com, the leading online destination for influential multicultural women.

The event also raised awareness for GlobalGirl Media, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering high school age girls from under-served communities through media, leadership and journalistic training to have a voice in the global media universe and their own futures.
