Haily also launched the Los Angeles Design Festival with co-creator Michael Sylvester.   It is an annual citywide celebration of LA’s design talent.  The inaugural event was held earlier this year and was mentioned in the New York Times. The next festival is slated for June 14 – 30, 2012.  As an agent for change, Haily is branching out and working with the Environmental Charter Schools (ECS) on branding and development.

Before launching her own firm secret agent pr, Haily led the architecture practice at a boutique pr firm where she also spearheaded efforts to build a sustainable businesses group, working to promote ecologically entrepreneurial brands.

Prior to that, she headed up west coast marketing efforts for a national architecture and engineering firm, coordinating teams of senior level architects and engineers to pursue multimillion dollar institutional and transportation projects.  She also worked in community relations and served as part of the arts and culture group at national pr agency.  She began her career in international development, interning at the United Nations in Geneva and conducting fieldwork in Temuco, Chile where she supported microeconomic development projects for the Mapuche people.

While she still harbors ambitions of saving the world, today she focuses her efforts on mastering the art of communicating through the media.  Haily is fluent in French and Spanish.  In her free time, she enjoys epicurean delights, writing, and travel.
